At once to crave companionship of oneness with another

While delighting in free solitude does utterly incur

The wrath of monsters of the mind to force upon their will

That enslaves the spirit all too well with little hope to quell

To feel it all does whelm the gut, just cause to wrench and squirm.

Fear it not, horror or repulsion, but instead re-affirm:

Wholeness of our true selves and hold value i it’s place,

Valuable integral strength our being does encase

So crippled, tortuous, maimed spirit, behold not corrupt deception

For paradoxes cannot exist, truth lies amidst mixed emotion.
